The need for educated professionals able to cater to the unique health, social and financial needs of seniors grows as the Baby Boomers reach retirement age, and improvements in healthcare allow people to live longer. Certified Senior Advisors have received a unique education and training that compliments their professional skills to better serve the growing senior demographic.

Look Out Florida, Gina is ready to help!

The Orlando Florida area seniors now have a new resource to assist them in the aging process. Gina Estupinan, CSA, with Talem Home Care & Placement Services recently completed a comprehensive course through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors® (SCSA) and has earned the certification of Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®.  The CSA designation in conjunction with 15 years of experience as a paramedic and/or a Doctor in health care means that seniors and their families now have a resource they can rely on to meet their long-term care needs.

With Gina already being a Columbian Doctor, this certification adds to an already impressive resume and educational background

“For me, the CSA was challenging because I wasn’t familiar with most of the information presented since I lived most of my life outside the US. It surprised me how thorough, data-centered, and educational it turned to be. Now I feel like I’m better prepared to serve the senior community and makes me feel confident about the quality of help I will provide”, according to Gina Estupinan, CSA.

There is an explosive growth in the senior population. People are living longer, which means the need for skilled professionals able to serve the senior population is also growing. This demographic shift requires an educated response in how professionals work with seniors and a greater ability to address the challenges and opportunities seniors face. “Proving free advocation and consulting for our aging community has always been a priority of both Talem Home Care & myself.  As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and Medical Doctor from Columbia, my knowledge base will allow me to fuel my passion of helping others”, Gina Estupinan, CSA.

As a Certified Senior Advisor, Gina has received the education and training to better serve senior clients. Gina is required to participate in continuing education to ensure she is well educated on the changes and updates that affect the Long-term Senior Care industry.
